Air O Union of Rotary Drilling Hose

The Air O Union can be widely used for for low pressure, large bore, large alignment, often removable  pipeline connection; especially for low pressure, large bore quick connection and disconnection between  mud tanks of solid control system.
Product structure: steel housing, air tire
Working temperature: -45℃ to +50℃
Max. seal pressure (flow pressure in line):  0.4Mpa
Recovery time of pneumatic tube, after bleeding air: 1-3 seconds
Connection lines can adopt glass tube, or rubber hose with both end fittings; glass steel tube is  corrosion resistant, easy for transportation, easy for bending, for line misalignment installation on site.

Low Carbon Steel (EN 1A, SAE 1020, SAE 1010 etc.)
Medium Carbon Steel (EN 8, EN 31, EN 9, SAE 1045 etc.)
Stainless Steel (SS304, SS310, SS316 etc.)
